D.O.T. Solutions was born out of the growing demand and necessity for a higher-quality of safety consulting and training services for the transportation industry. We have over 17 years of experience within trucking, training, inspecting, regulatory, and compliance. When Raul Garcia, Jr., former Compliance Review Program Investigator, Safety Auditor and Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspector for the Motor Carrier Bureau & Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety, noticed that the trucking and oil-field industry was being underserved, he decided to go into business for himself and raise the bar on the type of safety and training needs in today's oilfield and trucking industry and the ever-increasing regulatory demands from Texas State Law and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
